All Empire valuers are registered with the South African Council for The Property Valuers Profession (SACPVP), a statutory body established in terms of the Property Valuers Profession Act, 2000 (Act No. 23 of 2000). Empire uses both professional valuers and candidate valuers (valuers in training), and ensures that candidate valuers work at all times under the supervision of a professional, subject to the approval of the Council.
